Q: What if two people refer the same candidate?

Only the first registered application for the role is considered. That's why we recommend referring early.

Q: Does the program apply to both employees and external referrers?

Yes. 23people team members are paid through payroll (liquidación de sueldo) and external referrers via service invoice (boleta de honorarios).

How it works

In 4 simple steps you can refer a candidate.

Share the form

Send the program link to the person you want to refer. You don't need to register a code: the candidate identifies themselves inside the form.

The candidate applies

They complete the application process and interviews with our team.

They get hired

The person is hired and completes their probation period at 23people.

You get rewarded

Once the period is complete, you receive the reward based on the new team member's role.

The program works for 23people team members and external referrers.

23people team members

If you're part of 23people, the reward is paid through your payroll (liquidación de sueldo), along with your monthly salary.

External referrers

If you're not a team member, the reward is paid via a service invoice (boleta de honorarios), in line with the program's policies.

Program rules

Four clear rules to keep everything working.

1-year validity

The program is valid for 1 year from publication. Rewards follow the conditions in effect at the time of application.

No referral limit

You can refer as many people as you want. There's no cap on referrals per person.

The first referral counts

In case of duplicates, only the first registered application for the same role is considered. Make sure you're the first to refer that candidate.

No self-referral or plagiarism

Referring yourself or submitting copied or already-existing applications is not allowed.
