We build products when the industry shows us a pain no existing software solves well. ARCO Legal is the first — and it's the one we use to manage our own data.
Why we build products
We work with hundreds of companies across LATAM — we've seen where generic SaaS fails, what compliance becomes operationally unviable, and what critical processes still depend on Excel and email. When a pain is systemic, we build it ourselves. ARCO Legal is the example: it automates compliance with Chile's Ley 21.719 data protection law, a regulation that from December 2026 enforces sanctions up to 20,000 UTM (~$1.3M USD) or 4% of annual revenue.
