How long does a typical search take?
2–6 weeks depending on seniority and stack. Very senior profiles or niche stacks can take longer. We give an estimate in the discovery call and report progress weekly.
Can I use Hunting TI for a single role?
Yes. We run individual searches and also 3–5 hire packages for teams in formation.
Are candidates LATAM-only?
Yes. Hunting operates on our network of validated engineers in Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Uruguay. If you need another region, let's talk.
What if the candidate doesn't work out?
Free 90-day replacement guarantee. If the professional quits voluntarily or is dismissed for performance-related reasons in the first 90 days, we replace them at no additional fee.
